Rustic and rugged décor and storied wall murals lend the restaurant a distinct olden-day charm. Here is where you can find cuisines that epitomise simplicity and authenticity.
The restaurant’s entire gamut of cuisines and desserts are whipped up using the Josper Charcoal Oven. This is a throwback to a time when food was cooked atop wood chunks and over a roaring fire. The chefs of FYR use lychee wood, which gives the dishes a wonderful smoky note that is tinged with sweetness.
The restaurant’s fidelity to tradition is a stark juxtaposition to its menu mainstays — modern European cuisines. The marquee ingredients are herbs and spices found in the Southeast Asian region. The aromatic blend enlivens the dishes, from grilled meat to seafood. This will certainly delight the palates of Singaporeans, who are known to love the taste of Asian spices.
Do we take reservations?
Yes, we do. Call our restaurant at +65 6221 3703, from 11am – 10pm. Please call us again if you can’t get through as our operation gets busy during lunch and dinner service. Please note that we only take big group reservations up til 14 pax and minimum spending has to be at $55++ per pax. More than 15 pax will fall under events.
How much do you charge for BYOB?
A bottle of wine corkage is at $60++.
